As fast as agents can list lower north shore properties, buyers are snapping them up – and they are prepared to pay a premium.

A three-bedroom Torrens title semi at 35 Bennett St, Cremorne, was the top reported sale for the week according to realestate.com.au data.

It sold for $6 million, just nine days after coming to market with a guide of $5.5 million. It was being sold by expressions of interest, closing on March 9.
